Norbert Berkley (May 3, 1871 - September 17, 1932) was a British-Pintonan activist from Kenyan descent. Aged two, his family moved to Pintona. Berkley worked as an activist and local economist in England later. His prestations on social handling were rewarded twice, in 1908 and 1917, by Pintonan ministers.
Back in Pintona in 1910, he became politician and founder of the People's Party of Pintona. Berkley worked many years to get Pintona's independence. He died in 1932, just before independence in 1935.
