Norbert Berkley (3 May 1871 - 17 September 1932) was a British-Pintonan activist from Kenyan descent. Aged two, his family moved to Pintona. Later, Berkley worked as an activist and local economist in England. His prestations on social handling were rewarded by Pintonan ministers twice, in 1908 and 1917.
Back in Pintona in 1910, he became a politician and the founder of the People's Party of Pintona. Berkley worked many years to get Pintona's independence. He died in 1932, just before Pintonan independence in 1935.
